size runs small than description

bought M size which us supposed to be UK 12 , EU 38 , but they are not even UK 10 EU 36 stitched chest is 36...it didn't fit at all fabric is fine still i find it expensive for the price. please buy larger sizes dont go by the size chart mentioned
