this was my first order from nykaa fashion, i ordered 2 saree and the this one quality is good worth the money, but the customer care experience is very very bad, before buying anything do check the reviews and then only go with the order, as i was not available i asked to reschedule but it got soo delayed, i literally need to be back of customer care service finally i received.. and the second one akhilam sarees green one o god..such a worst saree rs.2802 and the saree is not at all upto the mark i have put for return request almost it took 48hrs for that and it came on Tuesday i was not available as i gave my office address i request the agent to come next day and request him to do come as im carrying it since 3days continuously he said definitely he will, and i hand overed it my colleague he didnt turned up again i request custom care she said he will come today before 6pm as i requested her for the said timing, yet noone cameagain i spoke tothe customercare shesaid hewillendofthed
