2. How can I avail the offer?
- The offer is valid from 14th September 2022 to 20th September 2022.
- Download Nykaa Beauty or Fashion or Man App/Open the Nykaa Beauty or Fashion or Man Msite Page > Add products to cart > Click on checkout > Click on proceed to pay and punch the voucher code > Select Credit card / Credit Card EMI option and complete the payment. On the Credit Card EMI option the discount will be passed on as a Cashback, 90 days from the last date of the campaign.
3. Can I place multiple orders and avail the discount?
- No, the offer will be applicable only once per card and per user for one transaction. It cannot be applied on multiple orders.
- Additionally, in case the order, where a bank offer is applied, is canceled for any reasons whatsoever, the offer cannot be availed again on the same card.
4. What happens in case of returns/cancellation of the order?
- Partial cancellation is not allowed for these orders. Full order cancellation can be done. In this case the entire paid amount will be refunded to your HDFC Credit Card.
- In case of returns/ cancellations, the refund will be net of the discount availed - In case of full order cancellation, the offer cannot be availed again on the given card.
5. Can I use Nykaa reward points in the orders with HDFC bank offer?
- Yes, reward points can be redeemed in the same order.
6.Can I use Nykaa Gift cards and Nykaa wallet along with the HDFC Credit card to pay
for the order?
- For all orders where HDFC bank offer is being availed via the coupon code, no other payment modes (including Nykaa Gift Cards and Nykaa Wallet) will be available. - However, for all other orders, you can use Nykaa Gift Card or Nykaa Wallet along with your HDFC Bank Credit Card to complete the transaction.
Terms & Conditions of the Offer:
- The offer is an instant discount and will be provided upfront at the time of purchase for Credit Card full swipe and Cashback for Credit Card EMI and the same will be processed in 90 days from the last day of the campaign.
- HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
- HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner
- HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
- This Offer is made available to the Customers selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer
- If promo code is mentioned as part of the communication (please refer Offer details tab) then customer has to use the code to avail the offer; in case the code is not used Discount/ Cashback cannot be credited back to customer at a later date.
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers by another offer, whether like this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- Eligible benefits for this promotion (such as Reward points / cashback) will only be posted to accounts that are active at the time of postings.
- Benefits will not be posted on credit card accounts which are permanently delinquent or closed at the time of posting.
- Benefits will also not be posted on retail credit card accounts that are flagged for working capital usage.

- All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from the posting date. After said date the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
- Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional Offer, may be borne by the Card Holder / winner.
- HDFC Bank and/or Nykaa reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
- Any query regarding the offer will be entertained for 60 days from offer fulfillment date. Post such date, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from the customer.
