poor fabric quality

The quality of the fabric is poor. I didn’t like feel of the cloth. While ordering I didn’t noticed that it’s written the product cannot be returned i just saw while i was trying to return the product. This isn’t fair. Why m i not allowed to return this product while some of them are allowed.
