Its 4.6 mm heavy & thick capsulated bottom ensures even heating, induction compatibility, and prevents destruction of essential proteins, normally lost when food burns or sticks at the base. It lasts longer, stays shiny and stain-free, and helps keep the nutritional value of the food intact. The sturdy injection moulded handle is longer lasting & durable that helps you hold the cooker with ease. Its specially formulated high quality nitrile rubber gasket does not impart colour, taste, or odour to food. It comes with a lead-free safety valve that’s fitted on top of the lid to release excess pressure when it rises beyond a safety level.
