Such Poor Quality!!!

It has been just a couple of months since I purchased these heels and I have worn it just 4 times and the heel broke !! Neither have I twisted somewhere nor the heels have been misused/overused in anyway(Didn't even dance wearing them !!) I own many footwears and this is my first ever sandals which broke within 5 wears!! Never expected such bad quality from Nykaa ,since this is their inhouse brand !! Very disappointed!!! Would never recommend this purchase to anyone !!
