Domestic Shipping
How does the delivery process work?
- Once our system processes your order, the confirmed order is placed with the designer, once the garment is ready it will be sent to the Nykaa QC centre for quality check.
- After the garments pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed in premium Nykaa Fashion packaging and handed over to our trusted delivery partner
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue
- You can track the shipped package on the courier site using your airway bill number. The tracking link is also included in our shipping confirmation emails.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in specially designed premium Nykaa Fashion boxes, which are covered in a protective waterproof and tamperproof plastic layer. Each individual product is wrappedin a tissue and placed in the box. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.
What is the range of locations to which Nykaa Fashion ships their products?
Nykaa Fashion ships to nearly every location in India, however, if we are not able to deliver to your location, we shall promptly inform you of the same.
TAXES & DUTIES
All Products Prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of all taxes and duties including GST for shipments within India.
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
- You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our QC centre.
- Our trusted delivery partner is Bluedart - http://www.bluedart.com/ and you can view the status of your package on their website.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The delivery time varies on various factors including but not limited to the designer, style of the garment, colour, size, availability and type of order i.e. whether it is ‘ready to ship’ or ‘made to order’.
More accurate and estimated dispatch times for each item will be mentioned on the product description page.
- Nykaa Fashion aims to dispatch most ‘ready to ship’ products between 5 - 7 days of order confirmation.
- For ‘made to order’ garments please refer to the estimated timeline on the product description page for dispatch timelines
Estimated delivery timesare provided as guidelines only, and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization or any other unforeseen circumstances. Issues arising at the end of the logistics provider or any other party may cause delays for which Nykaa Fashion cannot be held liable. Nykaa Fashion will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different Quality Centre locations.
Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
For all domestic shipments within India – there will be no additional shipping charges, unless specifically provided for on the check-out page. Please check our international shipping policy page for international shipping rates.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us at …. And we will resolve any issue for the delay right away.
