One of the bonuses of working at a fashion firm is a fully replenished in-house closet jumpsuits, kurtas, tops, cropped trousers, various renditions of dresses and what not. As our personal project – we had some of our most stylish women pick from the Spring-Summer styles resting in our collection (also available on our website) and got them to test-run a piece that is unlike them. “My personal style is all about statement pieces, structured silhouettes and bold colors. This denim romper is quite unlike me due to the dainty lace trims that make it slightly feminine- I picked it because I feel like it not only works perfectly for summer but also gets bonus points for being stylish.”

“Besides comfort being an obvious preference, fashion for me is not playing by the rules. I love a good clash. I prefer to stay relevant without giving the classics a cold shoulder. That said, my summer wardrobe this year, for a change, includes clean-cut jumpsuits, graphic tees and crisp white Victorian blouses.”

“I’ve always been a very comfort-first, fuss-free dresser. The trusty leggings and top combo has always been my go-to. But this summer I have pushed the boundaries of my comfort zone with high-waisted pants, flowy dresses, and well-tailored shirts. Also, I love the colour white, so there’s definitely going to be an overload of that pristine shade in my wardrobe.”

“Personally, my style is more casual chic and classic than experimental – if I had to summarise my style in three words, it would be feminine, flirty and fun! This summer, I decided to change it up with denims and co-ord sets. I picked this two-toned denim set from Aruni as high waisted pants are my all-time favourite – they’re so comfortable and they also add length to my form!”

“I would say, my personal style is understated and minimal. I tend to stick within my comfort zone of neutral tones as I feel that it complements my skin tone. I’m moving on from the typical fitted skinny jeans to looser fits like denim culottes or pants in breathable fabrics for summers. To uplift my outfit, I’m also experimenting with statement accessories over the usual delicate ones that I go for.”
