If i am buying a clock it should work, it's not a showpiece for everyone to see. Very bad experience, embarrased in front of clients. my first ever experience with Nykaa is awful. When you ask to rate a product of utility, atleast ask if the product is working. I'm not sure if i would trust Nykaa again
