I did not have a good returns experience. The brand tag was Revolution instead of The Rebelinme. Hence the system did not allow the return personnel to accept my item. Not happy with the level of service witn Naykaa’s customer support team. The Phone customer service is not available on Sundays. I tried chat support but this item was not listed in the menu, hence I could not proceed with chat interactions. I am not sure how I will successfully return this item and get my replacement (same item in one size smaller)
