low quality product
The problem with the product is that it’s quality is bad and then there is no return option available. The reason why people are ordering from trusted sites is that they don’t face this kind of issue but nykaa supporting a brand like this is hard to believe. Moreover they are also not giving any information apart from their address that the customer could contact them. Requesting all to not trust nykaa and order things blindly.
