Fitting of dress is slightly loose. So, minor alterations might be required. The material is not cotton as mentioned in the description. Its Chiffon and inner is most probably polyester or some other soft material. Length is quite long and will be calf length or even full length, depending on your height. Overall, would give a 3 rating.
