most disappointing

1) Delivered late after the promised date, even then I respected it 2) Very ill fitting & terrible 3) Bad embroidery... sequins had fallen off as soon as I opened the packet!!! Have emailed all this & requested refund!!! But Nykaa is inconsiderate and refuses to cooperate!! Worst experience!!!
